You need to connect the checking account where your paycheck is deposited.If your pay is deposited into multiple accounts, you should connect the account that gets the largest deposits.It is important to connect your primary account because you can connect additional bank accounts.

It depends on a few factors.While you're setting up your account, you may need help from an Even advisor.They'll help you out if you tap the in-app support button.

Some banks' online technology isn't modern enough to be compatible with the app.If you don't see your bank, you can tap the "continue without a bank" button at the bottom of the search results to access the rest of Even.They will do their best to resolve the issue if you talk to an advisor with your bank's name.

Even will immediately stop access to your account if you email support@even.com with your phone number.

Only one phone number can be associated with your Even account.To fix this, you need to sign in with the email you used to set up your account.The Even app needs to be closed and reopened to start over.You can sign in with your email on the first page when you reopen it.You can sign in with the original email.Once you are back in the account, you will be able to update your phone number.

You should make a new account if you don't remember the original email.Signing into your employer is required.You will trip an error when you do that.The error leads us to the old account.We need you to message us in the app.We will help you once you do that.

No.Even is a third-party provider.You share financial information with Even.You can only use it to manage your money.The privacy policy and terms for your employer can be found in the Even app.

If you spread your bills evenly across your paychecks, you can pull the right amount of money from each check.If most of your bills are due in the second half of the month, Even will hold aside enough money from your first paycheck so you don't have to use your whole second paycheck for bills.After every paycheck, you have a consistent amount of money left to spend.

It knows what bills to budget for because it identifies them from past transactions in your bank account.

It's most likely because you pay the bill in a way that the app can't track, like by cash or money order.In the "Planning ahead" section, you can add your own bills.

Three times a day, Even updates your "Okay to spend" balance: once in the morning, once around midday and once at night.You can contact Advisors through the app if you notice lag times.

You can withdraw your money from a bank account or pick it up in cash at Walmart Moneycenter.The minimum amount you can withdraw is $20 if you intend on using cash pick-up.

You can pause Automatic Savings by going to "Options" in the upper right corner and tapping the Pause button.The last day of the pay period is when you can resume savings.
