Step 3: You can coat one side of each slice with olive oil with a pastry brush. You don't need to coat both sides with olive oil.The oil will help create a barrier between the bread and the water. Step 4: The slices of olive oil should be placed on the baking sheet. Depending on the size of your baking sheet and how many slices you have, you may need to make several batches. Step 5: The slices should be in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes. The rack should be close to the heat source.Take the edges out when they turn golden brown. You can toast them under the fire for 3 minutes.Butter can be melted in a large skillet. The bread slices should be golden brown when they are in the skillet. Add 5 cloves of garlic to the olive oil by heating it in a small skillet.Fry the two together for a minute.Don't let the garlic become too brown when it becomes golden. Step 8: Let the oil and garlic cool in the mixing bowl. The bowl needs to be large enough to fit the rest of your ingredients. This bowl will eventually be used to mix everything. Step 9: Cut the red grape tomatoes in half. Red grade tomatoes and yellow grape tomatoes can be used for a colorful bruschetta topping. Step 10: Basil can be cut into slices.
