How do I unlock my rapid account?
Try re-entering your card number and password. If you lock yourself out of your account, call the number on the back of your card for assistance. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link and follow the steps to request a temporary Password.

How do I withdraw money from my rapid card?
Getting Cash from an ATM • Insert your card into the machine and enter your PIN when prompted. Select “Checking” and the amount you want to withdraw. Accept the fee when asked. Take your cash and your card.
