You can have multiple tickets on a device.You need to make sure that every member of your party has a ticket.

All mobile tickets have receipt available through email.Receipts will be sent to the email address associated with the account.Clicking the "Actions" button on a purchased ticket will allow you to resend a receipt.

After the date of purchase, one-way, Round-trip, and Weekend Day Passes are no longer valid.The 7-Day Pass will end at 3:00am after seven days of purchase.The Monthly Pass will end on the last day of the month.

Mobile tickets don't need phone service to be displayed, but they do need service for purchase.If you are going to connect to a Metrolink train, you need to purchase a ticket.You can still display purchased tickets if you lose cell phone service after boarding the train.You won't be able to make purchases or make changes until your phone service is restored.

While riding Metrolink, you are responsible for keeping your device charged.If your device is malfunctioning, you must pay the one-way cash fare.If your battery will not last the duration of your trip on Metrolink, we recommend you purchase a paper ticket from a ticket vending machine.
