A wireless presentation can be set up.

The presentation in the old days only had one main component.Politicians, teachers, and preachers all present one way or another. This works well when the presenter mostly explains the issues. They need visual aids to discuss a more complex subject. There are three main components for these presentations. If you have to be tied to your computer and projector via a cable, your movements will be restricted and it might affect the flow of your presentation. You can use a wireless setup to free up your presentation and make it flow better.

Step 1: You should get a wireless remote presentation.

A clicker is a device that resembles a mouse and has at least two buttons that move forward or backward in the presentation. Many clickers have laser pointers that you can use to point out certain aspects of each slide, and most are small enough to hold in one hand. You can choose a clicker. The clicker allows you to disengage from the computer, walk around the stage, and engage with the audience without giving up control.

Step 2: You need to connect the clicker to your computer.

The receiver is usually hidden behind the battery cover or placed at the back of the clicker.Take off the receiver and connect it to the computer port. You should put in batteries and other requirements for your clicker. The receiver will install the driver when it connects to your computer.Wait until this process is over.

Step 3: Make sure the clicker works correctly.

It's a good idea to test your technology before your presentation so that you don't have to interrupt it.If you want to check that your clicker works, open your presentation and put it in presentation mode.Click the buttons on the clicker to make sure they work. The maximum distance is covered by the user manual.Make sure you don't move beyond that distance when you give the presentation.

Step 4: Know when to use a WPG.

Since most wireless presenters can only move forward and back, they are not suitable for a presentation where the presenter needs to be close to the computer for example toggling between files such as the presentation file, a spreadsheet, and a video. The video cable between the computer and projector needs to be replaced with a wireless device. The WPG is a device that connects to a computer through the internet.

Step 5: You can set up the WPG on your computer.

You can use any available wi-fi network to do this.

Step 6: The WPG should be connected to a power outlet.

You can use a video cable to connect it to a projector.

Step 7: The WPG and projector should be turned on.

Step 8: The driver and software are needed for the WPG.

All the necessary software can be found in the WPG box.The installation instructions are here.

Step 9: The internet needs to be activated.

The WPG can be found on the list of available wireless network connections. You can connect your computer to this network.

Step 10: You have installed the WPG software.

The connection process should be finished so that your computer can be connected to the WPG.

Step 11: The connection needs to be tested.

Put any PowerPoint presentation on presentation mode on your computer. You should be able to see it on the projector with some delays. You should be able to switch between slides and screens on your computer.Make sure you can quickly switch between the files you need for your presentation by opening all of them.

Step 12: WPG can be connected to the power outlet.

If you want to use a projector, you need to connect it to the network using a video cable.

Step 13: Make sure that your WPG is recognized by the network.

If necessary, consult the network admin.

Step 14: The WPG and projector need to be turned on.

The WPG should display an address through the projector at this stage.

Step 15: Attach your computer to the wireless network.

Pick the network you want to use and turn on your computer.Don't connect to the WPG.

Step 16: Attach your computer to the WPG.

To do this, open a web browser on your computer and type in the address from above. To make the connection, press Enter. The necessary driver and software may be installed once connected. If this doesn't happen, use the installation cd supplied in the WPG box.Follow the instructions.

Step 17: You should run the WPG software after the installation is complete.

The connection process should be finished with the WPG.

Step 18: Make sure the connection is working.

Put any PowerPoint presentation on presentation mode on your computer. You should be able to see it through the projector with some delays.Try to switch back and forth between slides and screens to make sure everything works correctly.
