On February 5, I signed up for an Apple Music subscription.I have not been able to listen to Apple Music. It won't link my Apple ID with my subscription.I'm caught in a loop where it keeps sending me back to verify my subscription.I have searched the internet for a solution and found nothing.I've signed in and out of iCloud many times. There is no one acknowledging the question that I posted in the forums.I have changed my phone settings. What is happening in the world? This shouldn't be hard. Please help resolve this. It's so frustrating!

The issue was resolved on April 8, 2019.None of the Techs I worked with were able to help me resolve the issue that I had to go to Apple Support for. They pointed me in the right direction that resulted in my resolution after I figured out the issue myself.I wouldn't have thought about my Apple ID being associated with someone else without them.

They had me look on family members phones to see if my Apple ID was listed on their accounts, but I went into my contacts and noticed that there were double contacts for one family member.I noticed that my Apple ID was listed on one of the contact's websites. The contact info was at the bottom.I tried to unlink it but I wasn't successful so I deleted the contact.I was told to check my subscription to make sure it was legit and the problem was solved.

The issue was with my Apple ID being linked to another Apple Music Subscriber's ID.Nothing was going to work until I deleted the association.Since there was a single instance where my Apple ID was linked or associated with theirs, Apple was not going to let me have an Apple Music Subscription until that issue was resolved.

It took over two months for me to find the solution I was looking for, so I hope this helps someone else with the same issue.
