'American Horror Story: Coven', episode 9 review: Who threw the acid in Cordelia's face?

The season of "American Horror Story: Coven" has been interesting so far. While we haven't been in love with everything Ryan Murphy has done with the show, there are a few things that we have been completely drawn into.We would be lying if we said we weren't expecting some big things to happen in tonight's episode.

Marie and Hank are working with the witch hunters so that they can fight them together, but no one knows that.

Hank was sent by his father as an inside man to gather intel on the coven from a long line of witch hunters.Hank discovered that his father organization blinded Cordelia in order to make her even more dependent on him, but they didn't anticipate her gaining other powers. He believes Hank is not living with Cordelia because he killed the witch at the hotel.

Hank tried to work things out with Cordelia, but she told him she had filed for divorce.Hank needs to take care of Maire and everyone that works for her, but not before she kills Hank.Marie needs help now that she is on her own.

When Cordelia entered the coven, we learned that she took on a motherly type role. The other two council members that sentenced her to death and used a paralyzing poison on them gave her the gift of sight. The power of visions is gone now that Cordelia can see again.

Does she really want to go there again and be burned at the stake for killing the two council members? It was odd to see her talking about killing Madison.

When he gets to see him at the hospital, he shows his mother that he killed his father and she accepts him with open arms. When he is able to speak again, he tells his mother he knows he killed his father. She smothers him with a pillow.

One of the highlights was seeing the two of them bond after she taught him how to talk.Hopefully, Peter Evans will have a bigger role now that he is a watch dog for the coven. There is a grade of B+.
