The voucher can only be used in the same currency as it was bought in - double check you're shopping on the right site. If you're spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you'll need to pay the extra using another payment method in the usual way.
Can you only pay with Paypal on ASOS Marketplace?
Customers can pay for items using a credit or debit card, or by using Stripe or Paypal.
Can you use multiple gift cards on ASOS?

Do ASOS returns vouchers expire?
If you paid for your whole order with a gift voucher, then the refund will be credited to your ASOS account ready for you to spend straight away. Your replacement gift voucher will have the same expiry date as your original gift voucher.
Do vouchers go out of date?
Gift vouchers must have no expiry date or be valid for at least 5 years - see 'Expiry dates on gift vouchers' below. Traders cannot specify that a gift voucher is spent in one transaction. Traders cannot charge a fee to change the name on a gift voucher, (if you have to register a name on the voucher).
How do I use ASOS E voucher?
- Log into My Account and click on the Gift Cards & Vouchers tab.
- Click on the Add Gift Card/Voucher tab, select Gift Voucher and enter your 16-digit voucher code.
- Save Gift Voucher.
How long does an ASOS gift card take?
It can take up to 24 hours for the gift voucher to be sent after you've placed your order. We can send the voucher through to them up to three months after you've bought it, using the email address you give us.

Does ASOS do birthday discount?
For your birthday when signing up If you sign up at Asos*, ensure you're 'opted in' for email communication and you should be emailed a 10% off discount code for your birthday. It's sent two weeks before your birthday, and will expire at 11.59pm on the day of your birthday.
Do NHS get discount at ASOS?

If you're shopping via the App, simply enter the 16-digit code into the Gift Card & Vouchers tab at checkout. You'll then be prompted to enter your 4-digit pin. The total value of the gift card will be deducted from your order.
