It's true. It used to be accepted as gospel that new drivers under the age of 25 were prohibited from renting cars, but that's a thing of the past. You probably wont be able to drive or rent a car. Rental Car companies (almost all of them) will only rent you the car if you have at least 1 or 2 years on your driving license. minimum age requirement is 21 with at least 2 years of valid driving licence.
