What happens if I cant pay my cricket bill?
If you miss your due date, your service will be suspended. However, if your service is suspended for a missed payment, you can still change your plan. You can also remove features, but you can not add them until your service is restored. If you lost your device or someone stole it, you can suspend your Cricket service.
How do I cancel a phone line with cricket?

- Ask to talk to a representative.
- Verify your information by answering their questions.
- Tell the agent you would like to cancel your account.

Can you get an extension on your Cricket phone bill?
As long as you are already registered in BridgePay and have made your first payment, you can call us to see if you are eligible for a BridgePay Extension. Additional fees will apply. Set up BridgePay Extension in store, or call Customer Care at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538).
Can you do payments with cricket?
No credit needed. All you need is your basic personal financial information, including a valid form of ID, your SSN, credit card or debit card, and bank information. And starting 11/19, initial payments are only $1! The initial payment (plus tax) is charged at lease signing.
Does cricket have termination fees?
If you don't pay within 60 days of your original due date, your account will be canceled. Cricket charges a $5 reactivation fee when you pay for a line that has been suspended.
Can I suspend a Cricket phone?
You can suspend your Cricket service temporarily. If you find your phone, it's easy to restore service. If you cancel or suspend a line of service, you won't get a credit or refund for unused monthly service. We recommend getting a new phone so you can enjoy the Cricket service you've already purchased.
