Returns: We will accept returns in our U.S. or Canada locations up to 7 days after your date of purchase for a refund in the form of your original payment. That takes around 2 to 3 weeks to get the dress back to the store for a final fitting. It all depends on how backed up the ordering department is and the alterations department. After all is said and done you can expect anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks before you get to take it home and ready for the wedding.
Are David's bridal returns free?
David's Bridal will issue a refund in the form of your original payment method. If you get a defective, damaged, or the wrong item, David's Bridal will either send you a replacement or refund the purchase. Shipping returns will be free if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
