Can you exchange contact lenses at Costco?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Costco.com contact lens order, simply return your order to the Optical Department of any Costco location. There's no need to wait in the general returns line at the warehouse.
What can I do with leftover contact lenses?

Can I trade in unused contact lenses?
No you cannot sell or donate them, unless they are fashion contact lenses and they are sealed. Otherwise, prescription contact lenses have YOUR prescription, nobody else. Therefore, you cannot give them to another person or anything else, except dispose of them.
Can you return unopened boxes of contacts?
If you are still unsatisfied, and want to return your contact lenses, print and fill out a claim form. Mail the form, receipts and opened ACUVUE® boxes to the address on the claim form; return unopened boxes to your doctor. in the mail.
