How does payment work on Shpock?
- Enter your Mastercard, Visa or debit card (only with credit card functionality) details.
- Once payment is complete, the money will be sent to the seller's Shpock Wallet and held as pending.
- Once you've received your item, check everything is OK and confirm the deal in the app.

How do I get my money back from Shpock?
- Contact us or the seller before the end of their return period to get the seller's return address and details.
- Send the item back, unused and in its original packaging. Make sure you get proof of postage with a tracking ID.
- Once returned, the seller will refund your money to the original payment method.
How do you buy safely on Shpock?
- Collecting in person: Make sure you meet in a safe location and only hand the money over when you're happy the item is as described and you're going to take it home.
- Delivery: If you choose to have it delivered, for a small fee you'll be covered by our Buyer Protection.
