What is a reasonable offer on Chairish?
All offers are "verified offers" which shows the seller that you are serious about purchasing their item: The minimum offer must be at least 50% of the listing price. If your offer is declined or the seller counters, we release your funds immediately.
Can you retract an offer on Chairish?
Prior to shipping, local pickup or local delivery, buyers may cancel an order for any reason. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.
Can you Make an offer on an auction item?
If the item is an auction, you are not allowed to make an offer. Offers can only be exercised on fixed price items, ie. Buy It Now.
How fast do things sell on Chairish?
Once you add in your price and shipping logistics, you'll be able to submit your listing for approval.
