For the gel packs, dispose of the non-toxic contents in the garbage and recycle the plastic bag at a local store drop-off, just like our insulation covers. Keep in mind, we don't recommend pouring the water-based gel down the drain in case of temporary clogs. Reusing is an option, too!24 Aug 2021
Can I throw away ice packs?
To dispose of an ice pack, start by checking whether the ice pack is just frozen water or something else. After the water has melted and drained, dry the empty pack and drop it off with other plastic bags.
