Do Apple pens work on all touch screens?
The Apple Pencil and iPad Pro work together to achieve its amazing effect. There is hardware in both the iPad Pro models and the Apple Pencil that communicate with each other. Windows devices do not have the capability of communicating with an Apple Pencil and therefore can not give you the same effect.
