Can you return items to Goodwill without a receipt?
A valid sales receipt must be presented at the time of exchange. Exchanges must be completed at the store where the items were purchased. Original tags must be on the merchandise.
Can you use a debit card at Goodwill?
What payment methods are allowed? We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards; no checks please. We also accept Goodwill gift cards but do not offer them for purchase.
