If you have been having issues with one of your games, clearing the Battle.net cache folder might help.
Problems with your games on your PC or laptop can be caused by an issue with the Battle.net cache folder.
2.If you click on the Processes tab, you will see that the agent.exe and the update agent are not running.
4.The cache has been cleared and you can open the Battle.net app again.
Deleting the cache folder will hopefully resolve the issues you were having with your games.
