Collapse and expand regions of code don't collapse in Visual Studio.

I've noticed that regions don't collapse when I hit the buttons.Is there a change on this?How do I collapse everything?

If I go through the context menu by right-clicking, I get the same results.The regions don't collapse at all.

This behavior is turned off by default.Under Tools > Options > Text Editors > C# > Advanced > Outlining is where it can be enabled.
