For the safety of everyone who will handle your shipment, please package your knives carefully.It is unsafe for our team to remove the tape.The knives received with tape on the blade will be returned because of the safety hazard.

It is recommended that you clean your knives thoroughly before returning them.Don't use tape on the blades and handles.Place cardboard over the entire blade.The cardboard from the boxes works well.Don't use padded envelopes.Extra packing material is placed in a cardboard box to keep your knives safe.

Most of the time, we can still service vintage products.We'll replace them if we can't.If you don't want your vintage products replaced, you can choose to have the original items returned to you.

The Double-D®-edge knives should last a long time with proper use and care.Send them for free sharpening and we'll get them like new.
