Dark circles under the eyes can be concealed.

There are many reasons for under eye circles.Dark circles can be covered, but prevention is always best.It's possible to cover the dark areas with a combination of makeup.Pick a concealer that is suitable for your skin complexion, and always use translucent powder to set it.

Step 1: Your face should be clean.
