Step 8: If you're interested in experiences, ask yourself.

You are okay with change if you have an open personality.Life is a chance to explore, and you can define your personality by your curiosity.If you prefer routine and tradition to new experiences, you might be more closed.You are most likely open if you say to yourself, "This is a chance to have a new experience that could turn into an epic adventure with amazing people."You are more closed if you stick with the safe, conservative plan rather than try the riskier one.

If you are outgoing, like spending time with others, and like doing things in public, you could be considered an Extrovert.If you are more quiet, enjoy time alone, and less energetic, you would be classified as an introvert.If you think to yourself, "How can this be fun?", you're extroverted.When your friend tells you about a party, what new people can you meet?If you prefer to stay home and work on a craft project instead of going to the party, you may be an introverted person.shyness and introversion are not the same.You can be good with others, but prefer to be alone, or you can struggle to find common ground.The desire to be with others is an indicator.

Step 10: You can learn about type A/B personality.

Defining people as either a type A or type B personality is very popular in the business world.There is research linking personality classification to health and achievement.You can find out if you are more of a type A person or type B person by looking at your personality.The University of North Carolina Charlotte has an online personality type quiz.You can look back on previous evaluations to get an idea.Take the characteristics of Type A and B into account.Keep in mind that most people have traits that fit into each category, so look to see if you have more that are type A or type B.
