The cauliflower rice and tomato pulp mixture should be added.It will be very soup-like.To bring it to a boil, increase the heat to high.You end up with beef and cauliflower rice in tomato sauce after 10 minutes of simmering.The cauliflower rice should be soft.Sea salt and pepper should be adjusted to your liking.

To get rid of extra water, Pat the insides of the tomatoes with paper towels.The beef/cauliflower mixture should be put in the baking dish.The tomato "lids" should be placed on top.

Put the stuffed tomatoes in the oven for 30 minutes.Tomatoes will be soft and pucked on the edges if you bake them for 15-20 more minutes.

TomATO could be put out with onION, CELERY, and PAR-COOKED VEGGIES to make it vegetarian.

We've always stuffed more than just tomatoes for yemista.We cook the meat with parsley and mint and cinnamon.

I wanted to try these stuffed tomatoes because I love making stuffed peppers.You wouldn't even know you were eating healthy because the filling is so delicious.I added a little cheese to the top before serving but it was great, even without it.For an extra special presentation, I love keeping the tomato top.
