Can you glue a spoiler on?
3M Urethane windshield adhesive. Cleans up pretty well with alcohol and is semi-permanent. You can remove it with some work. I installed my rear spoiler with it.
Can 3m tape hold spoiler?
3M trim tape is pretty tenacious stuff and it won't just up and fail, it will slowly fail until there is not enough holding it to the car and off it comes. It would be a shame if that great looking carbon fiber spoiler went bouncing down the road and possiblely gets run over.

How do you use stick strips?
- Wipe wall with rubbing alcohol. Do not use household cleaners or water.
- Separate strips. Click strips together.
- Remove one side of liners. Stick on frame as shown.
- Remove remaining liners.
- To ensure adhesive hold, temporarily remove frame from wall to reinforce strips.
- Wait 1 hour for adhesive to build.
