Since the efforts of many employees go into packing orders, stocking shelves, and making your pickup order possible, Sam's Club has a no-tipping policy for pickup orders. If only the employees who brought the order to your car were to receive a tip, it would be unfair to the other employees working at the Club.
Can you pick up Sam's Club curbside early?
Curbside Pickup for Plus members begins at 7am Monday to Saturday and at 10am Sunday. Curbside Pickup begins at 10am for Club members.
How do I reschedule my Sam's Club pickup?
We'll hold your Pickup order for up to 24 hours after your requested pickup time. Orders not picked up within 24 hours are subject to cancellation. To change a Pickup time: Please contact your club to cancel the original order and submit a new order with the updated time.
What if I miss my pickup time at Walmart?
If you're running late, don't panic! Simply call the Walmart store with your estimated time of arrival. Walmart will cancel grocery orders if they are not collected before store closure at 8pm.
How do I change my curbside pickup time at Walmart?
To change your order, sign in, click Your Account, and then Recent Orders. To update your pickup or delivery timeslot, click Change Time.
