How do I put money on my cricket phone?
- Open the myCricket app and sign in.
- Tap Payments at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Cricket Refill Card tab.
- Enter your Cricket Refill Card Number and tap Validate.
- Tap Submit Payment.
- If you want to make an additional payment, tap Make Another Payment and select Cricket Refill Card.
How do I change payment method on Cricket?
To update the card information or switch to a different credit or debit card, log in to your account, visit Account Summary and select Change Auto Pay Preferences. Alternately, you may select Payments from the menu, then scroll to the bottom and select Change Auto Pay Preferences.

If you miss your due date, your service will be suspended. However, if your service is suspended for a missed payment, you can still change your plan. You can also remove features, but you can not add them until your service is restored. If you lost your device or someone stole it, you can suspend your Cricket service.

- On the Admin console Home page, go to Billing.
- Next to your subscription, click View payment methods.
- Next to the credit card you want to update, click Edit or Fix.
- Update the expiration date, CVC number, or name.
- Click Update.
