Presently, the Curology is only licensed to dermatologically treat and deliver products to patients across the United States, and it has no ongoing plans to establish deliveries and shipping services overseas.

Where is Curology shipped from?
After your dermatology provider prescribes your custom mix of prescription ingredients, your medication is custom-made using state-of-the-art equipment at our lab in San Diego or pharmacy in St. Louis.
Does Curology ship internationally?
Sorry, we can't ship outside of the US (not even to Canada). Presently, we're only licensed to see patients in select states within the United States.
Who does Curology ship with?
If your shipment has not arrived within 10 business days of receiving your tracking confirmation email, please reach out to our Curology Success team to let us know. We're happy to help troubleshoot! In rare cases, a shipment may take up to 36 hours to arrive once it has been marked as 'delivered' by USPS.

Your shipment should ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Since Curology is a subscription service, you'll continue to receive skin care products on a monthly basis. Your first order is usually a free trial (just pay for shipping and handling).
