I have to leave the room to make it to the toilet because it is making me poop like crazy. Is this normal or should I go to the doctor??

Cu-dos to you for a healthy lifestyle. It sounds like you need more fiber in your diet.Think leafy greens like lettuce and broccoli, which burn more calories to eat than they actually are. Also, etc.It sounds like you need to use the washroom because you're eating a lot of dairy.Ask your trainer about doing a cleanse. It will help rid your body of toxins.Keep up the good work!

When it comes to the body, it's an as needed basis for it, no matter what kind of food we eat, we need it in our diet. The body needs its normal amount ofprotein to function by repairing injuries and helps with blood and all around different body functions, its required for building muscle and a needed dose is required to repair muscle.Once the body has its fill, it is no longer necessary for the extra to be taken even though leftovers are flushed into the intestines and it should only be used after a major work out. It's hard on the body if you have red meat in the presence of iron.It can be caustic in the body, so if you don't use it, it can get rid of itself quickly.

If you are on a diet bread is the first thing you need to throw out. It's hard to do, but it makes the diet work fast. The best way to get good fats is to eat nuts and avocados a few times a week. You should always eat a lot of fruit and good fiber when you eat nuts. You should not eat white bread unless it is good sour dough.I hope this helps.!

It usually backs you up.Don't cut out bread from your diet. It's terrible to cut out food groups.

You could have had a problem with the dairy product.I think that's the more likely reason.

Unless you have a lot of Fiber in your shakes, I don't think it's significant.
