- Open the Home app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

How do you see closed conversations on Intercom?
- When you're in inbox, scroll down to the very bottom of your conversations views and click "see more"
- Click on the teammate in question.
- Change the view from "open" to "closed"
