An Employee Assistance Fund (EAF), also known as an Employee Relief Fund or an Employee Crisis Fund, is a program to help employees cope with unexpected hardships that place undue financial stress on them and their families.

Each year, Target does a Work. Win. Give drawing at each store nationwide. Each store draws 2 winners and each winner receives a $250 Target gift card for themselves, along with a $250 gift card to donate to a charity of their choice.
