Is WaterGuru sense worth?
For more in-depth testing, like bromine and alkaline levels, you'll have to go with the pricier yet more capable pHin or Sutro systems, because the WaterGuru only tests for chlorine, pH, and water flow. Still, if that's all you need (and if you hate subscription fees), then the WaterGuru Sense is a great choice.

The pHin worked well in testing. Its temperature readings were spot-on, matching the readings from two separate floating thermometers. Chlorine and pH readings matched the ones I got from a five-in-one test kit and from a generic test strip kit.

The Battery compartment is located within the inner section of the WaterGuru SENSE skimmer cover. Remove SENSE from your skimmer. Wipe away all the moisture with a cloth. It's important to keep moisture out of the battery compartment to avoid corrosion.
