Email can be set up on an iPad.

You can add multiple email accounts on your iPad, which will allow you to manage your email from the Mail app.Gmail and Yahoo! are popular services.You can easily add your account on the iPad.You can add email service from providers that are not officially supported by entering the server details.

Step 1: You can tap on the settings app.

You can add your account with one of these popular email service providers.Outlook.com has Live Mail as well.You can see the next section if you use a different email service.

Step 2: Mail, Contacts, and Calendars can be accessed via tap.

The mail accounts are connected to the iPad.

Step 3: Go to Add Account.

You can see a list of email providers on your iPad.

Step 4: Choose your service from the list.

See the next section if your provider isn't listed.Select the account you want to use for Gmail.For Live, select Outlook.com.

Step 5: You can enter your information.

You need to enter the email address and password to log in.Depending on the services, the process may be slightly different.For example, Yahoo!Asks for your Yahoo!Outlook.com asks for both your email address and password at the same time.You'll need to enter a device-specific password if you're adding a Google account with two-factor security enabled.

Step 6: To sync, choose what services to use.

New messages will appear on your iPad if Mail is one of the selected services.

Step 7: You can add the account by saving it.

The data you sync will load on your iPad.

Step 8: Go back to the Mail, Contacts, and Calendars menu.

Return to the menu to adjust your settings after you've added your account.

Step 9: You can use the new data option.

You can change how often you receive new messages.

Step 10: Push on if you want to.

You will receive new emails as soon as they arrive.

Step 11: You can find the mail from your account with the Mail app.

It may take a while for all of the messages in your account to sync with your iPad.The Mailboxes button in the upper- left corner is where you can see your different connected accounts.

Step 12: You can visit the Apple mail service lookup page.

You will need to find the connection information if your email service is not listed.You can find that information on Apple's website.Go to apple.com/support/mail-settings-lookup to open the site.

Step 13: Click the blue Go button to enter your email address

Your email address will be used by Apple to look up your server information.When you add your email account to your iPad, keep this page open.

Step 14: You can open the Mail, Contacts, Calendars section of the app.

This will show your current accounts.

Step 15: You can add account and Other.

You can see the previous section if you use one of the services listed here.

Step 16: You can add a mail account.

You can add a mail account based on the email server settings.

Step 17: Please enter your email address and password.

This information will be used by the iPad to connect your account.You may need to enter more information if you use an email service.

Step 18: The incoming and outgoing mail server information can be entered.

You can be asked to enter server information for incoming and outgoing messages.Refer to the mail service page for more information.The mail service lookup can be entered into the appropriate fields.The exact fields on your iPad screen will match the information on the Apple mail service lookup page.

Step 19: Select the services you want to sync.

You will be able to select what you want to sync after you enter your server information.If you don't select the Mail option, you will not get the emails.

Step 20: You can add the account by saving.

You can save your account information and add it to your Mail app.

Step 21: Push is enabled if you return to Mail, Contacts, and Calendars.

You will get messages as soon as they arrive.The "Fetch New Data" option is located in the "Mail, Contacts, and Calendars" menu."Push" will be turned on.

Step 22: You can find your email in the Mail app.

If there are a lot of emails, messages may take a while to appear in the Mail app.To view all of your connected email accounts, you can tap the Mailboxes in the corner of the Inbox screen.
