Every day you earn $5 for every $100 you spend, you'll get 5% of the reward.Unless otherwise stated, your earnings will be added to your balance within 48 hours.
On the first of the following month, your Kohl's rewards balance is converted and you will receive $5 in cash.After one year, rewards balances that don't convert into cash are no longer valid.
When you shop during a Kohl's Cash earn period, you can earn an additional $10 for every $50 you spend.
All discounts are applied before shipping, fees or tax is imposed and do not include the purchase of gift cards.

$5 Kohl's Cash increments are where the rewards are issued.You will get your cash on the first of the following month.Your Kohl's Cash will be added to your wallet if your shopping accounts are linked.Check your "Trash" and "Spam" folders first if you didn't receive it.If your email is blocked by email filters, you may need to add the email address kohls@s.kohlscom to your approved senders/address book.Double checking your email address is a good idea if you still don't see your cash.Follow these steps to update your email address if there is an error.If you call Customer Service, we'll resend the coupon.
In-store purchases have $5 Kohl's Cash in them.It is not possible to physically award rewards in-store.The first day of the following month, you will receive an email with all of your Kohl's Cash earned through the program.
If your purchase doesn't result in your balance being updated within 48 hours, you should call Customer Service and have your receipt ready.

Call Customer Service if you still don't see your coupon.If you have the receipt or email from the purchase that earned the Kohl's Cash, we may be able to find the ID number for it and see if it has been used.
Did you make a purchase that earned you Kohl's Cash?The value of your Kohl's Cash will decrease if you return merchandise that earned it.
Did you spend your cash already?If you have already used your Kohl's Cash, you will get a refund in the form of your original payment.
Are you returning items that were purchased with cash?We will return the value of the coupon to you for 30 days from the date of your return.
