When the flight is more than 2.5 hours, both organizations pay for first class travel for board members and executive staff.Companion travel is paid for when the companion is in Shriners business.Temporary housing allowances are used to recruit employees.

I give to 8 charities.I just started to check my pay. From no on, I will give to very local charities.

Shame on the people who receive money from this organization.I will not give because of this. They use the children in their ads to promote their wealth.

The executive pay in Massachusetts and Colorado is reasonable.Shriners spend hundreds of millions of dollars on advertising on nearly every channel.

We will show you where your donations really go.When the reality of it all is revealed, I love to see the top dawgs come up with excuses. You just need to use the millions that are being wasted on overpaid executives and Dr's to help the sick.Think of the kids that are doing without so you can live a lifestyle like that.Don't want the world to see that part of who you are.

I was about to give a donation but these people make way too much money and I want to help the children not to fund them. This is not right. The children's ad got me to this site. The way they pay their salaries needs to be changed. You lost my respect. Please let me know if I can donate to an organization that works for the people.

We own a small business and want to give back to a couple of responsible charities, the kids on the Shriners ads draw attention, however, once we investigated the money distribution within this cause, we find it nearly impossible to donate our money where executive staff is paid such high salaries.Too rich for us.Sorry.

I was thinking of giving a donation.I am having strong second thoughts after learning how much was being sucked out.

I agree with him.I want to know how much the CEO makes before donating.I can't justify such large salaries. Why do board members have to fly first class?

How can I justify a donation when there are so many people making so much money? They are supposed to be helping the children.
