An advanced form of the Sharingan that has only been activated by a few Uchiha is called the Mangeky sharingan.They are said to be the "heavenly eyes that see the truth of all of creation without obstruction".[3]
The appearance of a Sharingan changes the form of the tomoe seal.The pinwheels look similar to the exact design for each user.The trauma of seeing the death of someone close to the user awakened it.Uchiha have historically misinterpreted this criteria as the user needing to be responsible for the person's death, and for that reason they developed the practice of killing their closest friends in order to gain the Mangeky Sharingan.Obito's Mangeky activated immediately after his trauma, whereas, in Naruto Jinraiden, the man didn't activated until several weeks afterwards.
All of the Sharingan's abilities are retained by the Mangeky sharingan.Both Sasuke and Itachi have access to Amaterasu's flames, though the extent to which they can use them differs.Itachi has Amaterasu in one eye and Tsukuyomi in another, but the abilities of a Mangeky Sharingan may not be the same for both of them.Even if they were the originator of the technique, one can't access it unless they currently house the particular eye.Susanoo can be performed even without one eye if a user awakens the Mangeky in both eyes.The straight tomoe of Madara's and Mangeky Sharingan gives them more flexibility when fighting.Madara deduced that he and Sasuke must be connected by more than blood after he was able to sense this form.
The ability of Mangeky Sharingan to be transferred into non-Uchiha is similar to that of any djutsu.Even after death, Abilities of a Mangeky Sharingan can be programmed to be activated under certain circumstances, either within the user's own eyes or in a target of their choosing.[7]
Although it doesn't show which technique is being prepared, using them brings with it a certain sensation that sensors can feel.The use of Sharingan's abilities can cause a lot of strain on the user.When activated and maintained the advanced djutsu, it depletes a considerable amount of chakra.It can cause a lot of damage to their being, leaving the body in pain and eventually leaving them blind.Their vision can be restored with the transplantation of the Sharingan of an Uchiha with strong blood ties.Unlike with other transplants, this second evolution will allow the user to retain their original techniques.The eyes of the previous owner still react to certain techniques that are aimed at the original owner's Mangeky Sharingan.They don't suffer any negative side-effects from using them.The Eternal Mangeky Sharingan is proof that Uchiha has continued to push forward despite the losses.[2]
The Sharingan grants its user the ability to read and decode the Uchiha Clan's Stone Tablet.According to Obito, the Sharingan can decode it more than the Mangeky, but not as much as the Rinnegan.
After witnessing the suicide of his best friend, Itachi Uchiha awakened his Sharingan.Tsukuyomi is an extremely powerful genjutsu that distorts the victim's perception of time.He can use Amaterasu to create black flames at the user's focal point.He can use Susanoo since he awakened his Mangeky.Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu use a lot of energy and have terminal illnesses, so multiple use of the Mangeky's abilities in a short period of time is particularly difficult for Itachi.Sasuke Uchiha had the power to kill Naruto after Itachi's death.
Obito Uchiha awakened his Sharingan after the death of Rin Nohara during the Third Shinobi World War, but he only had his right eye at the time.Kamui's Dimension can be used by both eyes, though in different ways.The right eye can use close-range Kamui, which can be used to teleport the user or those they're in contact with.They can pass through other matter if they only have parts of their body there.The left eye can use long-range Kamui to create a barrier around a target that will cause other targets to move.The user can be targeted by the left eye.During the Fourth Shinobi World War, it was discovered that each eye is impervious to the others' Kamui.
Madara Uchiha stole Kakashi's eye in order to chase Obito.He returned both eyes to their original owner, who was possessed by Black Zetsu, after exchanging the eye for Obito's Rinnegan.Black Zetsu gained access to both Sharingan powers.After Obito was freed from Black Zetsu's control, he used them in combination to get Sasuke.His eyes are destroyed when he is killed by All-Killing Ash Bones.His spirit briefly returns to the living plane and can be seen in Kakashi and Susanoo.
Madara Uchiha was the first to awaken the Sharingan.It's not known what the individual abilities of his eyes were, but he was able to use Susanoo.He was granted movement in his movements when fighting.Izuna Uchiha decided to give Madara his eyes on his deathbed because of his over use of Mangeky.[17]
When Nagato was a child, Madara was able to change his eyes into Rinnegan, which he did at the end of his life.Madara's left Rinnegan would have been too strenuous for Obito to wield for the Fourth Shinobi World War.After he was revived, both eyes found their way back to Madara.
Izuna Uchiha awakened his Sharingan after Madara did.It's not known what the individual abilities of his eyes were.In order to protect the Uchiha from extinction, Izuna gave his eyes to Madara.Madara is believed to have taken the eyes against Izuna's will.[16]
After the death of his brother, Sasuke Uchiha awakened his Sharingan.Sasuke can cast Amaterasu.He can either shape the flames or extinguish them.He can use Susanoo because he awakened both of his Mangeky.His Mangeky Sharingan gives him flexibility in his movements when fighting.Sasuke was hesitant to transplant Itachi's eyes and gain the Eternal Mangeky Sharingan because he claimed that his views were different.Sasuke accepted Itachi's eyes transplant because he needed the increase of strength in order to kill Naruto Uzumaki.
Sasuke's left eye evolved into a Rinnegan after acquiring the half of Hagoromo tsutsuki.Boruto Uzumaki destroyed this eye while Momoshiki tsutsuki was controlling it.
Shisui Uchiha awakened after he allowed his friend and rival to die.No one, including the target, would have the faintest idea that he was controlling them.It is not possible to use this technique with the same eye again until after a period of time.The awakening of the Sharingan in both eyes allowed him to use Susanoo.
