Step 11: Enjoy fruit. Fruit juice is a great beverage for this diet and you can get a lot of vitamins from fruit.Prune juice is not allowed.Purchase juice without the paper in it. Step 12: Don't drink more than 1 cup of coffee per day. It can cause irritation to your stomach and intestines.It's a good idea to keep your caffeine intake to 1 cup per day.Coffee, tea, and sodas are included.To make sure they are decaffeinated, check the labels. Step 13: Don't drink alcohol. Alcohol is not allowed on the diet.Don't drink alcohol while you lose weight.Talk to your doctor if you need help to stop drinking.
