Four balls are juggled.

Do you need more of a challenge after learning how to juggle? Is it time to move up to four ball juggling? There are some basic techniques and tricks you can learn to become a four ball juggler.

Step 1: Know how to throw a ball.

The Fountain is the most basic jugging move. You need four balls to start. You have to throw them slightly to the outside.Depending on the hand that the ball is in, the side you throw it to will be different. If the ball is in the left hand, you will throw it to the other side. The ball will be thrown to the right if you have it in your right hand. The space for the other balls to fly in the air is created by this move.

Step 2: Use each hand to practice.

You need to start practicing with each hand now that you know how to throw the balls. You should hold the balls with your right hand.Throw a ball in the air if you move your hand in a clockwise circle. After you let one ball go, keep the other ball in your hand.Go around the bottom curve of the circle and let the second ball go.As you crest the top of the circle, catch the first ball.Continue to circle with the first ball in your hand and the second in the air.Continue the pattern, alternating balls. If you've grown comfortable with your right hand, try your left.Move your hand in a counterclockwise direction if you complete the same steps on your left hand.If you are left handed, you should start with the left. The dominant hand is likely to be more coordinated than the non-dominant hand.

Step 3: The moves are put together.

It is time to put the two motions together in a fountain once you have mastered each hand.Start with two balls. The circular motions you practiced will help you move your hand. When you reach the center, let go of one of the balls and keep moving your hands around the circle. When you crest the bottom of the circle, you can catch the first balls if you let the second balls go.As long as you can, keep going. You can stop by catching two balls in each hand.If you have a hard time doing this for long periods of time, try doing two or four circles.Work up to six, eight, and ten.You will be able to juggle without interruption. Each hand handles two balls in the basic four-ball pattern. The ball never goes from one hand to the other.

Step 4: A fountain can be an asynchronous fountain.

You can also try an asynchronous Fountain.Move the balls in opposite positions at the same time.If one of your hands is releasing the ball, the other should be catching it.When the left hand throws a ball, the right hand goes down after catching it.The pattern looks like a real fountain if you leave the hand timing. The balls can be thrown closer together in the center. The cascade illusion is sold more effectively by this.

Step 5: Juggle Columns.

There are four ball juggle moves that are fun to do.Start with two balls. The ball should be thrown on the right side of the hand. You should move your hand to the left. The second ball should be thrown straight up in the air before the first ball comes back to you.You can catch the first ball by moving your hand back to the right. If you want to keep the columns going, throw the balls straight in the air.Unlike the Fountain, your hands are not in a circle. An asynchronous column is also possible.Instead of throwing your balls at the same time, use a staggered timing where one of your hands is releasing and throwing the balls in the air while the other is catching.

Step 6: The shower is a good place to try it.

Start with two balls. You can throw the ball from the outside to the right with your left hand.Throw a ball directly to your left hand across the inside before catching the ball that comes down from the arch.As you throw the ball from right to left, there will be at least two balls in the air.A Half-Shower is also possible.Instead of throwing the ball directly from the right hand to the left, throw it in a small arch between your hands.

Step 7: Do it the way you please.

Start with two balls. You will switch balls between your hands instead of keeping two balls on each side. One of your balls needs to be thrown higher than the other.Your hands should circle in mirror images of each other, where they should go to the outside and inside at the same time.Circle your hands with one of the balls. As you hit the center area, throw one of the balls in each hand towards your other hand, throwing one higher than the other.Continue the circle with your hand and, as you get closer to the center, throw the second ball in each hand into the air towards the other side. You should catch the first ball thrown from the other hand when you cross the top of the circle with your hands. The balls will change hands as you throw them towards the other hand. You can choose which hand you want to throw. Some prefer their non-dominant hand. It's possible to figure out which feels best for you.

Step 8: The windmill is a good place to learn.

The basic Fountain is a distorted version of the Windmill. You cross your arms instead of keeping your hands in a circular pattern.Start with two balls.Throw the ball into the air with your right hand.Cross your arms in front of you, moving your left hand under your right arm, and throwing one of those balls into the air in the same direction as the first.Uncross your arms and move your right hand back to where the first ball was thrown. The second ball should be thrown from your right hand. When crossing your arms, grab the first ball with your right hand and throw the second ball from your left.Uncross your arms, catching the first ball in your left hand and throwing the second ball from your right hand. The balls won't change hands like the fountain. You keep throwing the same two balls with each hand, you just have to cross your arms.If you are left handed, you may want to switch the actions where you cross your right arm under your left and throw the large arch.Do what feels right for you.If you find this move difficult, try the three ball Windmill.
