The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act gives eligible students certain rights with respect to their education records.An eligible student is one who is 18 years of age or older and attends a postsecondary institution.These rights are included.

Transfer credit will be evaluated upon receipt of an official transcript.Official transcripts can be sent from the institution to the student in a sealed envelope.Hondros College should receive official transcripts by the end of week one of the program.The evaluation of transfer credit for transcripts received later than week one of the program can't be guaranteed.The United State Department of Education will evaluate transcripts from institutions that are accredited.Questions about the Transfer Credit policy should be directed to the Office of the Registrar.
