Go to the "Location History" section of your Google Account. Choose whether your account or your devices can report Location History to Google. Your account and all devices: At the top, turn Location History on or off.
How do you check location on Google?
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Maps app .
- Tap your profile picture or initial Your Timeline .
- Tap More. Settings and privacy.
- Under “Location settings,” check that it says “Location is on.”
- Under “Location settings,” check that it says “Location History is on.”
