Arrive automatically syncs with Gmail to track your orders. With the launch of Basic accounts, you can now use Arrive to track your packages even if you don't have a Gmail account! Simply sign up with any email address and enter your tracking codes manually - we'll do the rest of the heavy lifting.
Can I track my order using order number?
The tracking number and order number are two different numbers. The buyers can only track their package thanks to a tracking number, it is not possible to track a parcel with the order number.
Can you track a package without a tracking number?
If you don't have a tracking number, you can still track your package by using a reference number associated with your shipment, or a purchase order number.
Can you track a USPS package with an order number?
To check the status of an online order, login to your usps.com account and select Activity History. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be assigned and it will appear in your order information. You can then track your order with your tracking number.
