Knott's Season Passes are valid any public operating day January 1 through December 31 in the year for which you have purchased your pass. Season Passes are not valid for Knott's Scary Farm admission, park buyouts, or special ticket events.
Are Soak City tickets refundable?
Knott's Soak City Waterpark does not issue refunds due to inclement weather. Prices, hours schedule, and attraction availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Can you use someone else's Knotts Pass?
Once benefits are linked to a Regular Pass, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not valid for cash. In order for benefits to be redeemed, the Regular Pass must be used for admission on the same date.
Can you get a refund for Knott's Scary Farm?
No refunds are available for Knott's Scary Farm. Tickets are only valid for the date they are purchased on. If you purchased tickets for the incorrect date or the incorrect type of ticket, please repurchase the correct tickets and we will refund the original order.
