How do I get my W2 from my employer?

Form W-2 is required by your employer.If your employer does not give you online access to your W-2 you must get it by January 31st.If you don't know if you have online access, please contact your company's HR or Payroll department.You can't get online access from your employer.

How do I get my W-2 from a previous employer?You can try to access your information if you have previously used theADP portal to get your paystub or W-2 from your former employer.If you can't log in, you may have lost your online account.To request a copy of your W-2 you will need to contact your former company's HR or Payroll department.You can't get your W-2 from ADP.

The IRS can help if you can't get in touch with your former employer or are having trouble getting your W-2.

What if I don't have my W-2?If you haven't received your W-2 please contact your employer to find out when it was delivered.It might have been returned to your employer because of an incorrect or incomplete address.You can call the IRS if you don't receive your W-2 by February 15th.

The information on my Form W-2 is incorrect.Who do I talk to?If your Form W-2 information is incorrect, please contact your employer.Wrong information can include an incorrect Social Security Number, incorrect name, or incorrect wages.If your attempts to have a Form W-2 corrected by your employer are unsuccessful, you should contact the IRS.

I need a W-2 from the company that went out of business.What should I do?If your former employer is no longer in business, they still have to give you a W-2.You can contact the IRS if you don't receive your W-2 by February 15th.

If you decide to call the IRS after February 15th, you should have your employer identification number on your last paystub.

It is not possible for ADP to provide W-2's, login information or assistance to employees.Please reach out to your current or former employer.
