How do I install Apache on my mac?

For the latest 3.11 version, add the Apache repository to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cassandra.

Follow the instructions on the apt-get update.You can get the actual key from the error message.There is a full list of Apache contributors public keys.

You can start and stop the program with the same service.Normally, the service will start.If you need to make configuration changes, stop it.

Since building RPMs is a recent addition to the project, not all versions of Apache Cassandra are available.

For the latest 3.11 version, add the Apache repository to /etc/yum.repos.d/cassandra.

The daemon-reload may need to be run once to make the service available as a systemd service.If you run the command above, this will happen automatically.
