- If not already on your account, you will be required to complete the following fields. Email address. Select a security question. Security answer.
- Click Complete registration.
Can I have two accounts with Cox?
If you have multiple accounts, you have the ability to associate those accounts with your MyAccount profile. This allows you to have access to all of your accounts on one MyAccount profile. To learn how to add or delete an account to your MyAccount profile, select the action you would like to complete.
How do I set up a new Cox email account?
- Enter the User ID you would like to use.
- Enter a Password.

How do I find my Cox username and password?
- Click the Forgot Password? link in the Sign In box on www.cox.com.
- Enter your User ID.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password. For security, you will enter your Secret Answer to the Secret Question.
- Return to the Sign In box and log in with the new password.
