- Turn off the Nintendo DS system.
- Turn the system screen-side down.
- Using a clean, dry toothbrush, gently and thoroughly scrub the area around the buttons, working the bristles around the sides of the buttons.
- Test the system for proper response.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
Why is my DS screen black?
1. Make sure the Nintendo DSi battery pack is charged - the power indicator LED will light green. If you are unable to test the game on a different system, both the Nintendo DSi and the game will need to be returned to us for repair or replacement.
