I got the Capisco two days ago and am loving it so far. It's comfortable to sit in forward, backward, and sideways, and encourages movement throughout the day. The seat back feels great on my back. The seat tilts and has a tilt lock, seat height, and seat depth adjustment that are easy to adjust.
