- Launch Rocket League.
- Select Garage from the Main Menu.
- Select Manage Inventory.
- Select the Items you want to trade.
- Click Accept to complete the Trade-In.
Can you trade in rocket pass items?
All items from Rocket Pass 1 can be freely traded; however, starting with Rocket Pass 2, items in the Premium Upgrade path for Tiers 1-70 cannot be traded, 'Pro Tier' items (i.e. Tier 71 and above) and Free items can still be traded with other players.

You can only trade with other players logged into the same platform as you. To reduce fraud, players involved in any trade must have purchased at least 500 Credits (or Esports Tokens, Starter Pack, etc). This does not apply to players who played before the Free to Play update.
Why can't I trade in Rocket League even though I have 2fa?
Both trading players must have 2FA enabled on their Epic Games accounts. For more info check out: Two-factor Authentication And How To Enable It. 2FA can only be enabled on a full Epic Games account. If you have already enabled 2FA, be sure to verify your Epic Games email address.
