How does the online waitlist work?
A virtual waitlist lets customers add themselves to the waitlist from their devices before they even arrive at your restaurant. Customers will also be able to see their wait time in real time via the virtual waitlist. Best of all, customers can easily be notified via SMS when their table is ready.27 Jul 2020
How do I get on the waiting list for open table?
- Tap the Waitlist icon in the upper right corner.
- Select the Party Size.
- Select the correct wait time.
- Enter the Guest Information.
- Tap Create single-use profile.
- You need to enter the guest's Phone Number to enable the text waiting feature.
- Tap the green check in the upper right corner.
What is waitlist Open Table?
On OpenTable, the guest can view their booking details and view the full waitlist. The guest will receive an SMS confirmation once they join the waitlist. The guest can view their waitlist booking, place in line, and view the full waitlist.26 May 2021
