Is Alteryx worth learning?

Is Python better than Alteryx?
The biggest difference between Python and Alteryx or Tableau is that Python is a programming language. Tableau and Alteryx are visual analytics tools. Python is extremely good at machine learning (better than Alteryx), and excels at automation.
How much does Alteryx certification cost?
Alteryx offers three tiers of certification as seen in Figure 1. These tiers are aimed at beginner, advanced and expert level users. One of the great things about these certifications is that the Core and Advanced exams are totally free and the Expert exam is a reasonable $150.
How easy is it to learn Alteryx?

Is Alteryx certification worth?
Alteryx's basic certs are free and it is a great product for performing analysis and becoming data literate. It certainly won't get the same attention as something like an AWS cert. So do it for yourself, not others.
