The regular DeBuyer Professional Carbon Plus steel pans are a little bit cheaper, and I think they cook better. Also, they're harder and seem to maintain the seasoning better. But either line is good, really. I've tried some of the other name brand carbon steel, and the DeBuyer impresses me the most.
